WaitZero ("we", "our", "app") is a queue management service for businesses and their customers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Business account data: name, email, phone number, business name and address, used to create and operate the business account.
- Customer queue data: name and phone number (optional) provided when joining a queue, used solely to notify the customer about their queue position.
- Usage data: page visits and basic device information used to improve the service.
- Push notification tokens: stored on your device and used to deliver queue notifications.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate the queue, send notifications, and authenticate accounts.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To improve and secure the service.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers (hosting, messaging, analytics) strictly to operate the service, and when required by law.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Customer queue entries are retained for up to 90 days for support and analytics purposes, then deleted.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. You can also delete your account from within the dashboard.
6. Children's Privacy
WaitZero is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed cloud infrastructure with industry-standard protections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
